T.A.V.I.S and Why it really SUCKS!:
They are given the powers to “enforce the trespass act of Ontario on behalf of the T.C.H.C, they target Anyone and everyone who they may think is suspicious and may not live in the community, specially youth are their favorite bait ,It leads to a mistrust of the police and widens the divide in the sense of whether young people think of the police as someone who might be able to help them. The worst part if that if you are around driving with your bike they stop you and ask for silly things like where is your bell? or why you spit on the floor? and they start to write tickets .. This is my opinion is an abuse on the poor to collect revenue to the City Coffers to be wasted later in T.P.S toys..like tasers for instance..
Kids at Neptune Dr. won’t ever forget their interaction with members of T.A.V.I.S see the video here:
There is no law in Canada that prohibits a concerned citizen from recording the Police. Keep recording the police , make them accountable for their crimes.
REPORT FROM THE STREET
Here’s one of “Toronto’s Finest” harassing a homeless man at the Esso station at King & Strachan. This toronto police started this interaction by ramming the front wheel of his bike into the side of the man sitting. He then proceeded to park his bike on top of the magazine he was reading and turning his handle bars back and forth so as to grind the mans magazine into the ground. I’ve talked to this homeless man many times and he is a very nice person who is nothing but polite when asking for favours. He looked up at the cop and simply asked “why did you do that” when the wheel rammed into his side. The cop said nothing, and then proceeded to park his tire on the magazine and started the process of ruining it. The cops in this city lose my respect more and more every day. This one in particular deserves his ass handed to him.
As reported by a concerned Toronto Citizen. … Shame on you T.P.S!
COP FRIENDLY JUDGE LET A KILLER COP FREE AS A BIRD:
Provincial Court Justice Michael Block said at Const. David Cavanagh’s preliminary hearing Friday that he had difficulty accepting the shooting was deliberate, as alleged by the Crown, and that the evidence overwhelmingly points to an accident.
Of course.. the arm discharged by itself Mr Judge:
The court found that Osawe struggled with several officers as they tried to arrest him the night he died. While Osawe was being subdued and handcuffed on the ground, Cavanagh’s MP5 submachine gun discharged.

For the record the oldest victim in Ontario is a 80 year old woman by members of the Peel Regional Police. We don’t want the same mistakes to happen in Toronto.
